I have found that in my personal life, I am the happiest when I feel love, compassion, and understanding without judgement. I have also found that the best way to acquire these feelings is through showing others love, compassion and understanding without judgement. Simply stated, treating others how you want to be treated greatly helps contribute to how you are treated by others. I understand that you cannot completely or always control others and their actions; however, you can promote and contribute to how you want to be treated by living by example, by being a person that others want to love because of your warmheartedness towards others.
~MI Princess~ 1. a) Anger – nature of being cruel, vindictive and spiteful. Such a person not only destroys others, but himself as well. Extreme anger makes a person insane. It is difficult to eliminate the results of the sinful deeds one does in profound anger. (Though in “Manoratha purani Atthakatha” it is stated that one can get rid of bad results by getting pardoned by the victim, one should understand that it is for only minor sinful deeds such as beating or slapping a person…..) Encouraging others spreads an umbrella that extends to cover encouraging yourself! Through encouraging others you become more optimistic, determined and focused yourself...
