The six syllables purify the six realms of existence in suffering.
Focusing on the positives helps the situation not seem as bad versus if you choose to only focus on the negative you will feel extensively more overwhelmed emotionally and mentally. A situation can only make you feel how you allow it to, by the perspective you choose to view the situation.
Breathing is the most important form of meditation practice. The breath is connected with the subtle winds, and this is connected with the heart mind. If you keep focus on breathing, in and out, naturally you will become calm. You will feel joyful and light. As you continue meditate, that feeling will stabilize. Then a feeling of love and compassion will arise. Inner peace starts from there. Why does that happen? All the emotional upset has come out, so the mind is calmed. "The light within you will always shine your hearts beauty, your soul, and your strength. Do not ever let life get the best of you; you make the best out of your life. You have control over yourself, you have no insecurities and you have no fear. Do not ever hide from your truth, you live the truth because the truth does not hurt. The only way the truth hurts is when you are fooling yourself. Stop trying to be the best of someone that you are not and focus on being the very best of who you are. Life is a dream, start living your life!"~♥~ Lee Held
Your heart is your most precious gift; your heart is your truth, your compassion, your strength, and your beauty but most importantly your heart is love. Use these tools that are embedded within your heart to create the most beautiful life for yourself. When you dream make sure that you dream big and when you think make sure that you think big. You can see a box when you look at it with your eyes but you can look within and outside of a box when you see it with your heart. Life is about growth and change and you must accept and adapt to everything in life once you decide to grow and move forward. Do not ever feel sorry for yourself, do not make up excuses for yourself, and never take life for granted ~♥~ Lee Held
